I am claiming divine intervention with selecting Werner, Hoffman, Grieg & Garcia to handle my VA claims. In 2022 and 2023 ending up with an uplift for PTSD and denied for serious service connected health matters. In September 2024 selected Werner, Hoffman, Grieg & Garcia to handle my appeals. This firm is amazing. I want to specifically show praise to the paralegal Melissa Medina. She has been working with me on my Veterans Benefits case since the year 2020. Dealing with the VA on your own can be challenging. She has been very helpful and very attentive. I recognize good customer service when I see it, and this firm and Melissa definitely have it. Great experience! I recently was awarded the 100% T&P from the VA that I deserve and am entitled too. It’s been a long battle, but Mr. Werner helped me achieve this goal. Melissa was great as well.
