Jacky Lynn Arnold brings a strong foundation in injury law to WHG, where he focuses on helping veterans navigate the VA disability system. His experience spans workers’ compensation and personal injury law, giving him the tools to advocate fiercely for those who’ve been injured or unfairly denied the benefits they deserve.
Before joining the firm, Jacky spent years representing injured workers and accident victims, building a reputation for thorough, compassionate advocacy. At WHG, he’s taken that drive and redirected it toward fighting for veterans who are too often overlooked in a system that should be serving them.
Jacky earned his B.S. in Sport Management from Texas A&M University before going on to earn his J.D. from John Marshall Law School. He is licensed to practice law in the state of Illinois.
Jacky understands the frustration of being hurt or overlooked and not knowing where to turn. That’s why he brings not just legal knowledge, but empathy and purpose to every case. Whether he’s helping a client get the VA rating they deserve or ensuring an injured worker receives the full benefits owed to them, Jacky is relentless in his pursuit of justice.
For him, it’s not about case numbers — it’s about people. People who’ve worked hard, served their country, or simply found themselves in the wrong place at the wrong time. And when they come to him for help, Jacky makes it his mission to fight for them like family.
