In a recent case before the Court of Appeals for Veterans Claims (CAVC), we successfully represented a veteran challenging a denial of disability benefits. The veteran, who served in the U.S. Army, was initially denied service connection for PTSD by the VA. We argued that the VA failed to properly evaluate the veteran’s medical evidence and misapplied the law. The CAVC agreed, vacating the Board of Veterans’ Appeals decision and remanding the case for further review. As a result, our client is now on track to receive the benefits they deserve.
